Jefferson and Coronado Heights is located at 906 Westridge Dr. Our apartment homes offer 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms with 1 or 2 bathrooms and come as standard with central heat and air conditioning, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, dishwasher and double basin sink with garbage disposal, complete with carpet, vinyl, and window treatments throughout. UTILITIES & FEES
Each applicant aged 18 or above is subject to a $45 application fee. A one-time, nonrefundable redecoration fee of $125 per apartment is required at move-in. The rental rates listed above are for a 12-month lease. Six-month leases are also available, with a $50 monthly premium for the shorter term. Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; electricity is invoiced by the provider and paid directly to them. As part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and legally compliant rental environment, we charge a monthly legal liability fee of $13 per apartment. This fee helps offset the costs associated with potential tenant-related legal liabilities, including expenses related to property damage, liability claims, and other unforeseen incidents.
PET POLICY
Two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 40lbs are permitted with a nonrefundable $200 fee, a $250 deposit, and a $20 pet rent for each pet. Some dog breed restrictions apply, mainly limited to aggressive breeds. For more information about our pet policy, please get in touch with us.
