Each of our apartments offers all the amenities of home with the added convenience of no bills and care-free maintenance. All 35 of our one bedroom homes feature central heat and A/C, quality carpet, vinyl and mini blinds, kitchen equipped with oven/range, refrigerator, and double sink with disposal. As an added value, satellite TV service is available in your apartment home for just $20 per month. Our community features a large community room, which can be reserved for functions, with large screen TV, satellite TV service, a Nintendo Wii gaming system, and a pool table with multiple other lounges with satellite TV service throughout our community, plus an onsite coin-operated laundry facility. Oakwood Terrace also has a service coordinator on staff to help residents get the most out of any benefits they are entitled to.
