DEPOSITS, FEES & POLICIES

The nonrefundable application fee is $50 per adult. The fully refundable security deposit is $575. There is also a nonrefundable redecoration fee of $175. Electricity is billed by and paid directly to the utility company. Management bills for water, sewer, and trash service, a $62 technology fee, and a $13 legal liability fee each month. Garages are available for $90, carports for $58, and secure underground parking spaces for $70 per month.

PET POLICY: Residents are welcome to bring up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. There is a one-time, fully refundable pet deposit of $300 for up to two pets. Additionally, there is a nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet, as well as a monthly pet rent of $35 for each pet. Some breed restrictions apply. Contact us for further details.
