Acres Apartments is a 48-home apartment community located south of E 30th Ave and east of N Severance St in Hutchinson, Kansas, featuring 1 & 2 bedroom apartment homes on the garden, first, and second levels. Acres Apartments is ideally located on 30th Ave near a Dillon’s grocery store, a Walgreens pharmacy, dozens of dining options, a Walmart Supercenter just 9 minutes away, and highway access 5 minutes west. Onsite amenities include a swimming pool, a laundry facility, and a dog park, while our apartment homes feature central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen equipped with an oven/range, refrigerator, and double basin sink, a bathroom with a shower/tub combo, linen and coat closets, and a private balcony. For your convenience, we have onsite management and maintenance, Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, with emergency maintenance on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

PET POLICY
Up to 2 pets are welcome, with each pet weighing a maximum of 10 pounds. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 for up to 2 pets, a fully refundable deposit of $300 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. For more information about our pet policy, please contact us.
