In addition to offering these great homes, Key Management will cover all your maintenance needs offering non-emergency (M-F 8 am-5 pm) and 24-hour emergency maintenance.

Key Management will never charge a fee to view a home. However, the deposit listed is required to submit an application, any application without a deposit will not be accepted. If your application is not approved, you will have your deposit returned to you. However, if your application is approved, you will be notified by telephone and email, at which time, the deposit becomes nonrefundable, even if you cancel your move-in.
Two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 60lbs each at maturity, 1+ year of age, are permitted with a $300 non-refundable pet fee, a $300 pet deposit, and pet rent of $25 per pet. Some dog breed restrictions do apply; contact us for further details of our pet policy.
