FEES

There is a non-refundable application fee of $45 for each applicant aged 18+. A non-refundable $110 redecoration fee is due before move-in. The resident pays the electricity directly to the electricity service provider. Management bills for water and trash service, plus a $3.50 utility fee and a $12 legal liability fee monthly.

PET POLICY

Brookfield Residences is a pet-friendly community, two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 30lbs each, minimum age of one year old is permissible with a nonrefundable pet fee of $200, and a $250 pet deposit, and a $20 pet rent each month for each pet. Documentation per the pet addendum (vaccinations, photo, signed pet rules, etc) must be provided. No dangerous breeds, including, but not limited to, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Chow, and Wolf hybrids.
