UTILITIES & FEES
There is a non-refundable application fee of $45 for each applicant aged 18+. A non-refundable $110 redecoration fee is due before move-in. Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; additionally, we charge a monthly $12 Legion, LLC Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability. Electricity is invoiced by and paid directly to the electricity provider.
PET POLICY
Brookfield Residences is a pet-friendly community, two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 30lbs each, minimum age of one year old is permissible with a nonrefundable pet fee of $200, and a $250 pet deposit, and a $20 pet rent each month for each pet. Documentation per the pet addendum (vaccinations, photo, signed pet rules, etc) must be provided. No dangerous breeds, including, but not limited to, Pitbull, German Shepherd, Husky, Rottweiler, Doberman, Malamute, Akita, Chow, and Wolf hybrids.
