UTILITIES

Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; additionally, we charge a monthly $12 Legion, LLC Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability. Electricity is invoiced by and paid directly to the electricity provider.

PET POLICY

Country Park is a pet-friendly community allowing two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 80lbs each at maturity (1 year+), with a $200 non-refundable pet fee, a $250 pet deposit, and a $20/month pet rent, per pet.
