Application Fee: $50 (per applicant, aged 18 and above, nonrefundable). Security Deposit: $500 (per apartment, refundable). Redecoration Fee: $125 (per apartment, one-time, nonrefundable). Lease Terms: Listed rental rates are for 12-month leases. Water & Trash Utilities: Usage-based (monthly, nonrefundable). Electricity: Invoiced by and paid directly to the utility provider. Technology Fee: $56.75 (monthly, nonrefundable). Legal Liability Fee: $13 (monthly, nonrefundable).
PET POLICY
Residents are welcome to bring up to two pets, each weighing up to 80 lbs. There is a one-time, fully refundable pet deposit of $250 for up to two pets. Additionally, there is a nonrefundable fee of $200 per pet, as well as a monthly pet rent of $25 for each pet. Some breed restrictions apply; contact us for details.
