APPLICATION FEES:
To apply for residency at either phase 1 or phase 2, a non-refundable $45 fee per applicant, age 18+, is required.
PET POLICY
Two pets (up to 40 lbs each) are permitted with a $300 pet deposit. Please see the notes about Phase 1 below.
The older Phase 1 of development are market-rate (conventional) apartment homes, and the following applies to this phase: A non-refundable $75 redecoration fee is due at the time of move-in. In addition to a $300 pet deposit, a non-refundable $150 pet fee is required, as well as $15 (per animal) monthly pet rent. Contact us if you have any questions.
