Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; additionally, we charge a monthly $12 Legion, LLC Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability. Electricity is invoiced by and paid directly to the electricity provider.
PET POLICY
Up to two (2) pets are welcome, 40lbs or under each with a one-time, nonrefundable $200 pet fee, $250 pet deposit, and $25/month pet rent for each pet, all pets must be at least 1 year old, and some dog breed restrictions do apply, contact us for more details.
