Water, trash and sewer are also paid by the community, making it even more affordable! Pioneer House is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown businesses and medical offices. Also for your convenience, a coin operated laundry room is located on-site. We have a beautiful community room where residents gather for birthday parties, pot luck dinners and other events. The community room can also be reserved by residents for personal gatherings. We have an exceptional and caring staff at Pioneer House. On our team is a Service Coordinator who is able to help residents connect with outside services that may be available to them. Our maintenance department is on duty 5 days per week and for emergencies. They are prompt to answer your maintenance needs, care for the lawns, and clean off the walks in the winter.
