Apartment homes at Shawnee Senior Villas have varied rents due to the income limit assigned to the specific apartment, limiting the rental rate we can charge. If an apartment becomes vacant, the income limit assigned to the apartment dictates the rent, and the applicant must be below the area median income (AMI) limit assigned to the apartment to qualify. The entire property has only 9 apartments with rents below $640, and those apartments require the household’s income to be below 40% or 30% of AMI to qualify.

DEPOSITS, FEES & POLICIES

The security deposit ranges from $300 to $500 depending on the floorplan and income bracket, and each applicant will be subject to a one-time nonrefundable $45 application fee.

PET POLICY

Shawnee Senior Villas is a pet-friendly community, we allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment home up to a maximum weight of 40lbs each, with a one-time deposit of 1/2 of the monthly rental rate. Some breed restrictions do apply, mostly limited to aggressive breeds, contact us for further details of these restrictions.
