Sierra Way Apartments is an intimate 8-home apartment community located north of E 30th Ave and east of N Severance St in Hutchinson, Kansas, featuring 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment homes. Sierra Way is ideally located near 30th Ave near a Dillons grocery store, a Walgreens pharmacy, dozens of dining options, a Walmart Supercenter just 9 minutes away, and highway access 5 minutes west. Each of our 8 homes features 849ft² of living space, comes equipped with central heat and air conditioning, a kitchen with oven/range, refrigerator, and dishwasher, a main bedroom suite with a wall of closets and a full ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, a second bathroom with stand-up shower off the hallway, and a second bedroom. For your convenience, we have a management office on the opposite side of E 30th Ave, and have emergency maintenance on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; additionally, we charge a monthly $13 Legal Liability Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability. Electricity is invoiced by and paid directly to the electricity provider.
PET POLICY
Up to 2 pets are welcome, with each pet weighing a maximum of 10 pounds. There is a nonrefundable pet fee of $200 for up to 2 pets, a fully refundable deposit of $300 per pet, and a monthly pet rent of $25 per pet. For more information about our pet policy, please contact us.
