DEPOSITS, FEES & UTILITIES
The security deposit is $500, the application fee is $40 per adult, and there is a $100 redecoration fee. Management invoices the resident for electricity, water, and trash service monthly based on usage. Additionally, we charge a monthly $50 technology fee, which includes Internet/Wi-Fi connectivity, and a $13 Legal Liability Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability.
PET POLICY
Residents are welcome to bring up to two pets, with a maximum weight of 50 lbs each. There is a nonrefundable fee of $250 for up to 2 pets, as well as a monthly pet rent of $25 for each pet.
