UTILITIES
Management invoices the resident monthly for water and trash service based on usage; electricity is invoiced by and paid directly to the electricity provider. Additionally, we charge a monthly $12 Legion, LLC Fee to help offset the costs associated with potential tenant legal liability.
PET POLICY
Two (2) pets up to a maximum weight of 40lbs are permitted with a nonrefundable $200 fee, a $250 deposit, and a $25 pet rent for each pet. Some dog breed restrictions apply, mostly limited to aggressive breeds, please contact us for more information about our pet policy.
