The application fee is $50 per adult (age 18+) applicant, with a fully refundable $300-500 deposit. The resident is solely responsible for the electricity utility cost, while your monthly rental rate includes water and trash service.
INCOME QUALIFICATION
Apartment homes at Windridge Estates have varied rents due to the income limit assigned to the specific apartment, limiting the rental rate we can charge. If an apartment becomes vacant, the income limit assigned to the apartment dictates the rent, and the applicant must be below the area median income (AMI) limit assigned to the apartment to qualify. The entire property has only 6 apartments with rents below $900, and those apartments require the household’s income to be below 30% or 20% of AMI to qualify.
